Patient information
Family Medical takes patient privacy seriously and complies with applicable healthcare privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Any personal health information is handled in accordance with these regulations and is not shared except as required to provide services or as permitted by law.
Text messaging
Family Medical will not share consumer opt-in data and consent with any third parties for their own use case; excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.
